Great service but would have liked to know out of pocket expense before arriving. When I leased the vehicle I was under the impression that all service was included. That was not the case.
Everything went perfectly from arrival through receiving a loaner car to picking up my own car. The staff couldn't be more pleasant and professional.
Great experience. The service advisors were both pleasant and very professional. Bret was very patient as he addressed all of my questions and concerns in person and over the phone.
Everyone works as a team and works well, Gianni Marini is always there with a smile and always resolves my issue. I have purchased 2 new BMW from Rallye using George Javier and hope to ready next year for a new 5 series
I have no problem bringing my car in for service. Everyone is very efficient, they all work well together and they always greet you with a smile! Great Service overall!
I was overdue for service. Was greeted by 3 service specialists. Chy was my service specialist. How wonderful he was. Addressed one concern I had as if it was the most important detail of his day to remedy this tiny noise I had mentioned. Loaner was amazing clean and perfect. Chy asked the person who helped with loaner to take extra good care of me. Chu showed photos of wife and daughters and we chatted a bit. He called later to provide update. We had a great service experience for our 2015 5 series. The service advisor was terrific, the waiting areas perfect, the coffee and bagels delicious and the boutique guys were so personable! Love Rallye BMW!!! Sari and Robert Ceglio
I brought my X5 in for routine servicing and had an excellent overall experience. It was also nice to enjoy my wait time in a comfortable lounge with a complementary cup of coffee.
The employees are courteous and always willing to explain and work with the customer. Carol Clark-Munoz is a true positive asset to the organization.
