Overall, I enjoyed a very good experience. Matt Carlson was and has been a terrific resource. Following an extensive list of repairs needed on my 2007 X3 (which were not clearly outlined to me the first time I spoke with Brandon), Matt stepped in and helped me decide on a course forward. Richard was awesome, He was patient in dealing with me and my wife. He gave us different options both of what we wanted and of what he thinks we might want/need. He went beyond by giving us valuable suggestions.
Had a tire emergency that required immediate action and repair/replacement. Made a early morning call and got an immediate appointment. All repairs were made while we waited. Even got a state inspection so that we could avoid a subsequent visit.
Easy appointment and as always, a pleasure to drop off and pick up. Highly recommend to all.

James Moy was excellent. He took the time to teach me and my wife as much as he could. Very patient and knowlegible, great salesperson. The tech advisor Terence Parkerwas fantastic, took plenty of time to go through all the tech of the car. Said I can come back anytime if I have any questions or call him. I called the next day and he called me back in less than 5 minutes, Jason and Terrance made the car buying experience tremendous.
