Kevin did a good job. If you have decided the car to buy then Kevin is the guy who can give u good discounts. I loved the fast delivery.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I am not an easy client as I am very picky. I had the pleasure of meeting Rober Bilek and I knew from the moment I arrived I would be in good hands. Employees at Circle BMW are all outstanding. They take the time to answer all questions and are always respectful, polite and patient. Kevin Prull, Robert Heydorn, Laura Fluor, Frank Picone, Jeff, Justin and Zack are the employees who specifically attended to my transactions and needs regarding the new car lease. In addition, the outdoor employees are also always helpful and most pleasant and willing to assist when pulling into the service area. Kudos to Circle BMW for their outstanding service to customers!

In shopping for a new vehicle, we were looking for a vehicle that handled as well as our prior car (A Volkswagen Golf TDI...Model Year 2010)...In test driving cars we found that the BMW was superior in its handling. We tend to be studious shoppers and in pricing the vehicle we compared prices against two other dealers. Working with Robert Belik was such a pleasure. He was patient, informative and understanding. Never did we feel like he was pushing us to make a purchase. He listened to our concerns and did whatever he could to help us make the right decision. Even after we did purchase a car, he followed up to be sure that we were happy and had made the right decision. We would highly recommend him to friends and family, it’s not often you find this type of service. We will definitely be back when the time comes for a new vehicle.
In the past I have not had the greatest experience with leasing through this dealership, yet due to its proximity to where I live I go back to test drive and get pricing when my lease is up. This year with their new sales manager Laura Fluor they were willing to work with me to get me in the car I wanted for the price that worked. Mike Rich the sales associate was excellent from start to finish despite it being his first sale. If he didn't know something he was able to point me to someone with the answers.
