Since I purchased my CPO BMW in 2012 each time I've taken my car in for service I'm always amazed and how well they take care of me. Todays experience was no different. I have leased many cars from various manufacturers including another BMW dealership from a previous lease and dealing with Rob from this dealership by far was the most effortless and comfortable experience. Worked with Ed to lease a 330i X GT and I’m very happy I didn’t settle for a different car. The dealership was having a difficult time obtaining the exterior/interior color I wanted but Ed came through at the end. The car had a few more features than what I was looking for, but Ed and Laura worked with me on pricing. At closing, finance seemed a little pushy, but it all worked out in the end. Would definitely go through Ed and Circle BMW again and would recommend them to a friend or family member.
I recently bought a BMW 320i X and had a great experience at Circle BMW. The manager Phu was one of the best I've ever dealt with and the client advisor Anthony did such a good job to make sure all my needs were met. In less than one day they got me financed, got me in the vehicle I wanted, prepped my vehicle and delivered it to me. I went to Circle BMW to purchase a certified pre-owned BMW for my daughter who was becoming a new driver. Paul Richardson went out of his way to help me. Paul found the perfect safe car for my daughter. When we went to pick up the car, Paul went the extra mile to help surprise my daughter. I emailed Circle BMW inquiring about a lease. I received a return email, as I hadn't provided my phone number. When I provided my number, I received a prompt call from Ed. He gave me financial specifics over the phone instead of pressuring me to come to the dealer first. Once I was set on the model and options, he showed me what they had in their inventory. They didn't give me blue book for my low mileage trade, but they tried to work with the price as much as possible to get me closer to the payment I was comfortable with. ... read more
