When my 2015 BMW X1 lease with Circle was close to end, my Dad and I went car searching. We came right back home to Circle BMW and they took great care of us as always. Ed did a fantastic job placing me in my new 2017 X1 lease and the process was seamless. Ed was straightforward, efficient, and quick to help us select exactly what we were looking for. Don't waste your time at any other dealership!

I worked with Danny Wong at Circle to lease a new bmw. Danny took the time to understand my more unique circumstances (not everyday driver, lives in nyc, etc) and helped me pick out my new BMW 4 Series. He provided thoughtful advice on various features and I never felt pressured on an up sell. He told me when to wait and when to act. He provided regular updates and helped me through the process of purchasing my first new car. He and the rest of the staff were consummate pros!

Our current Circle BMW lease was coming to an end so we put in a call to Danny Wong who set up an appointment for us, at our convenience. Just as with our last BMW, Danny explained all the current options available and walked the lot to point out all of the features and colors that might interest us. At Circle BMW they don’t play the “Let me talk to my manager” game while they make you sit around, so Frank Picone got the nod to come in and close the deal with the price we were looking for. Met with Mike to get out of our current BMW lease early and into a new vehicle. Mike was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the product. My interaction with Circle BMW was perhaps the best car buying experience I've ever had. The dealership is obviously well managed, and they clearly have high standards in terms of the people they employ. Every person I interacted with was top notch, from the receptionist to salesperson to sales manager to finance manager to car technicians.
