John is one of BMWs best sales associates. I already knew what I wanted (White X3 for the wife) and John made it happen. He made the numbers work, even through in an extra or two, and had my wife and I in and out of there as quickly as possible. Circle BMW's facility is nice & clean, and they are always making sure you're comfortable while you wait.
Danny was wonderful from start to finish!! I walked in one evening just to get some information about the vehicles and after speaking with Danny, returned a couple of days later to lease one for myself and buy one for my daughter!! John is the best sale associate. He made my car purchase very enjoyable. The front desk girl is very nice too. I visited Circle BMW 3 times before my final decision to buy the car. She always gives warm greeting and made tasteful caffee.

Circle BMW is best in class. Their service team always goes the extra mile to exceed expectations. My experience is based on over 11 years of exclusive service with our Z4 and 330Ci . Rob Heydorn and colleagues are outstanding. This group knows how to solve problems and defines consistency! I would buy again from this dealership exclusively for their service department. It is a pleasure to deal with this team and more importantly have peace of mind on the road.

BMW X3 did not originally make our top 3 choices, until we learned that their 4 cylinder engine felt like it had as much horsepower as some V6 engines we test drove. John and his colleagues were professional. John was accommodative and really worked with us to provide options for payment and pickup. We have become fans of the dealership as a result of our buying experience with John.
