I worked with John on a specific build I was interested in. He provided a no pressure experience and didnt try to force me into getting a car right away or settling for something I wasnt interested in. I ultimately chose not to go with a custom build and found something located at the BMW port instead. I worked with John on the numbers via email and once we came to an agreement he took care of getting the car from the port and getting everything ready for me. My car developed some problems over the weekend and since I had planed a business trip out of town on Tuesday, I drop in with no previous notice on Monday morning and got full service within 2 hours and on my with my life. John was awesome! He made my certified pre-owned purchase as easy as I could imagine. Everything was coordinated through email until I had to go pick up the car and sign the final documents, which took less than an hour. This is ideal for someone who works all day long and doesn't have time to go to the dealership multiple times or spend hours on the phone during the day. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and more. Would definitely recommend buying a car from him!
