I purchased several X3 accessories through the BMW USA website and picked up the items at Circle BMW. I received prompt confirmation emails or phone-calls from Chris indicating the parts were available for pick-up, and he was always friendly and pleasant to deal with.

My initial experience with Circle BMW wasn’t what I expected from a luxury car brand. After deciding to purchase the BMW X3 over the Lexus 350, I negotiated a purchase price with a client advisor whose approach was somewhat reminiscent of a used-car-salesman, e.g. pleasant conversation until you broached the topic of price discounts and trade-in-value. I went in to Circle looking at the new 4 series convertible and I got to work with John Marchetti at looking for a new car. He was very informative and straightforward in his approach which made me choose this dealership over a competitor as I felt confident in the information I was given from John. Also, everyone at the dealership including Frank the sales manager and the head of service took very good care of me. We had first met John Marchetti a year ago when we first started looking at BMW. We were unable to come to a decision at that time and John patiently answered all our questions. We started actively looking a few months ago and the type of car we were interested in became available. The purchasing process was smooth and we were able to buy our car. A very good experience. Would love to do it again some day.

I highly recommend Circle BMW; the team of associates is great. Danny Wong, in particular, is a very friendly, professional, and trust-worthy associate. He has given great guidance on not only buying a car but also other subjects surrounding being a new car owner (maintenance, insurance, etc). First class guy, first class experience.

What great patience and knowledge Tony Carneiro had when a very confused couple walked through your doors. Having been loyal customers of Mercedes Benz for over 10 years, we weren't even sure we wanted to buy a BMW. He walked us through all our options. I will DEFINITELY ask for Tony again the next time we buy a BMW.

I knew the model, features, and packages I wanted. Before I left home I talked with Robert. Over the phone we ran through several scenarios on what is best for me.
