John was extremely helpful from the moment I met him when I bought my car. Over the next few weeks, anytime I had a concern or question, I would email him and he would respond within 24 hours. He explained every question I had in such a manner, that I felt very satisfied. He has continued to help me since I picked up my car with trying to find a bike rack for the 2014 X1. I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW, as well as the dealership, immediately!
