My experience was incredible, from start to finish. It is not very easy finding a new or certified pre-owned car in your price range (with expensive taste) in a short amount of time. John was not only patient with me, he listened to what I really wanted and what really mattered. I ran 500 miles search for the vehicle I wanted. John Marchetti got me the best deal anywhere. He was responsive and had full complete answers back to me quickly so I could make an informed decision. This was actually an easy and pleasant car buying experience. There were absolutely no hiccups in the process. Alan Tannenhaus is an exceptional salesman. He was extremely efficient, courteous, fair, and professional at every step of the process. Our experience at CIRCLE BMW was very informative.Danny Wong was such a gentlemen ,he took us for a test run and pointed out all the features the 528 I had to offer. Then talked about lease came up with a confortable price for us.Located the color car we wanted and we closed the deal in a few days.All is well that ends well.Enjoy our BMW.
