I visited this dealership to look at the new BMW X3. After doing a little bit of researching pricing online, I knew what I wanted my payments to be around per month. It was such an easy, hassle free leasing experience, that I could not believe how easy it was! The staff was friendly and welcoming. My sales Rep Danny, went over every aspect of the car and answered any questions I had. Even the signing of all the paperwork was quick and easy! I recently leased my second BMW from Clay, first being the 128i convertible and the latest being the 328 convertible, which is now my favorite car ever! Just bought our first BMW. Ended up buying a demo. Tathiana Carrasco was great to work with: she's knowledgeable, answered all our questions, was extremely helpful. So were the managers (Nick and Joe). There were scratches on the rear bumper and some of the interior wood paneling. Nick and Joe, along with Tathiana, made sure the bumper and the scratched paneling were replaced, and we were completely happy. They're couldn't have been more helpful. We highly recommend asking for Tathiana when you visit Circle BMW!!!

From the minute I sent in my online inquiry on the bmw I was interested I was treated with nothing but true professionalism from Chastin Savage. Vito, I had recently brought my BMW 325ci (I purchased it in Southampton, NY where I live.) in when it was giving me trouble on my way to visit my sister's family at the shore (March 29-30th.) You may remember that the car "died" as it entered the bay. It was the fuel pump that failed. I just want to thank you for your help getting the car serviced and providing a rental for me.
