Tim was a pleasure to work with when I brought in my M3 for service. He was courteous, answered all of my questions in a very straightforward and easy to understand way, and was clear about what I needed to do and what I could save for a later visit. His technical knowledge was obvious as was his enthusiasm for the cars and BMW itself. I'd recommend this dealership and Tim in particular to anyone.

I am a car enthusiast and a BMW fanatic. Whenever I find something I'm interested in buying, my first choice is to call the Circle BMW Parts Department and ask for Steve. No matter how big or small the item is, Steve is extremely friendly. I don't even have to ask him to look something up for me. He just automatically offers to do it. Tried contacting several bmw dealerships in Los Angeles Ca area via bmw usa website but no one seems to care about my parts inquiry I tried google search next, saw circle bmw and tried sending the same inquiry. Chris helped me get parts for my 2005 3 series BMW for a great price. I've dealt with a few different shops up here in Canada and Chris has put them all to shame. He was able to offer me a discount on parts which were already reasonably priced.
I can't say enough about this place and my salesman Danny Wong. The most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous salesperson I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from. He is an asset to Circle BMW. Never pressured us and made us fall in love with the car. This place makes me feel like I am home, rather than at a car dealership.
