Technology meeting Kevaugn was kind, patient , knowledgeable and accommodating. He provided me with a complimentary technology review a month after purchsing my new car. He is going to be available in future.
Just had my "encore" visit and it was very helpful I just had my encore visit with Kevaughn and he was very helpful and respectful, and answered all my questions and concerns. And he didn't laugh when I asked a stupid question.
Another great New Country BMW experience I was in for an annual oil service on my 440i and Gerry Garcia, my Service Advisor provided excellent service. While I was there, I had made an appointment with Kevaughn Fyffe, a BMW Genius, to have a few questions answered. Because my car was in service, Kevaughn thoughtfully worked with me in a similar car so that we had access to the iDrive and could run through the different modes while answering the questions that I had.
