Customer service Kevaughn was outstanding in his attention to my questions and concerns. He took the time to not only answer, very thouroughly, all of my questions, but demonstrated the features I had questions on as well as showing me in my owners manual how to utilize those features myself. I arrived unsure but left feeling very confident in knowing how to monitor the maintenance needs of my vehicle.
Lease Kevaughn, the product genius at New Country BMW was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, and goes over all the features in your car. He took the time to listen to all my questions, and answer them accordingly. He is very passionate about his job, and wants you to feel comfortable in your new vehicle. You can tell that Kevaughn really cares about the customer! I highly recommend going to New Country BMW in Hartford.

Awesome service I was driving my BMW and two alerts went across my screen saying my coolant was dangerously low.. not to drive too far before taking care of it.. that I could damage my engine. On my way over to New County...another alert said that all of my car fluids were low. As I approached your service station, Andres Arenas, asked if I had an appt.
