Genius appointment I went to New Country BMW for a follow up genius appointment with Kevaughn. He is always customer friendly. He took the time to listen to my questions about the options on my X5 and went through the items. Even washed and vacuumed the car without me asking for it. This is my second sitting with him. Always has a smile on his face. Very knowledgeable about the options. I am very pleased. Will be going back prior to my genius service ending.
