BILL/DIANE ENFIELD, CT From entering the facility (John Thompson) Service Advisor to the completion of the required service was very transparent. John provided with Julius to assist with the MANY technical questions we had. Julius was able to handle our many questions in a smooth and professional mannner. Oh did I forget Julius is quite a nice young man.
Kevaughn Kevaughn very helpful and polite....he helped me in putting back battery harness in my BMW X5...screws were not in place when car was delivered to me after getting new battery installed. THANK YOU KEVAUGHN!!!!!
Great Genius Support from Garey Garey provided excellent guidance on how to use the command system of our new 530e. He made sure that all my questions were adequately answered, and offered to be contacted by emails or phone calls for any other questions.
Encore visit My husband and I learned to use the remaining features on my 2018 BMW X4. Julius Brown did a fantastic job of both explaining and demonstrating each one. Initially we had only been shown about 1/3 of what was available. Julius was patient, polite and thorough. He made the entire experience not only informative but fun. Garey Allen Encore Visit Garey Allen greeted me at the door with a smile and a handshake. He brought me to the waiting room and after offering something to drink, he took my car to be washed. I had a list of items to go over and we went through each one. Garey was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional in answering all my questions. I know I can count on Garey Allen to help me with any future issues that come up.
Garey Allen Just finished an Encore visit with Garey Allen to discuss any and all issues pertaining to a new 2017 530i xdrive car I recently purchased.
