New Country BMW Genius Garey, my BMW Genius, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He showed me a number of helpful tech shortcuts that I had not figured out on my own. i thought he was great.

follow up went to 1 month follow up after buying the car, meet with Mr. Ross He has a lot of knowledge and was very helpful to answer all of my questions.
Terrific Follow-up My car and I were in for an "Encore" visit 2 1/2 months after purchase. From start to finish everything was professionally handled. At the check-in Isaac was personable and helpful. My car was thoroughly checked, washed, and vacuumed. Mike then reviewed the various systems and answered any lingering questions that I had.
