Encore Visit as New Country BMW On Saturday I brought my car in for an "Encore" visit. They checked out the car to make sure everything was in working order and even washed it. Then I spend about 15 minutes with Garey, a BMW genius to go over any questions I had about the car. Garey was excellent, he answered all my questions and even gave me his card insisting I call anytime if I have any other questions. All in all, a great experience.
Excellent Customer Service at Encore Appointment Julius answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful, courteous and patient during my Encore appointment. He had my car serviced and clean and provided me with the completion status in such a quick turnaround time. He showed me superior customer service and he, along with other New Country staff who I have been in contact with, have been the friendliest, most helpful and most caring compared to other car dealerships in the area.
New car pick up I picked up my new car yesterday- it was a wonderful experience as usual( second time from New Country)They are not the closest dealership to me but certainly the most likable & knowledge. Garvey Allen was my genius and did a remarkable job explaining the features of the car. Jackson Felix was my salesman & did a great job. David Rosenstein handled the paper work and we had quite a nice conversation. Great job to the whole staff at New Country BMW.
New Country once again and again Had the pleasure of purchasing 3 cars from New Country in past 6 weeks for my self and family members. We live in Boston burb and travel 90 minutes each way because I completely trust the team there led by Tim Parker and Job Pimentel. Seth Falco did an amazing job for me as he has done for past 7 years. Staci Davis in finance and Garey Allen, Product Genius were also amazing and great to deal with.

Home Visit from Product Geniuses Garey Allen and Julius Brown, two of the BMW Product Geniuses from New Country BMW, paid us a home visit to help set up a garage opener. In both our previous experiences and during this visit, we experienced them to be responsive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable about the issues we've raised. Great team!! Thank You!!
Awesome employee! Julius Brown, the resident BMW genius, as they call him, truly is a car genius. But beyond that, his willingness to go above and beyond make him unique in his industry. No question is beyond him, no request too difficult, and if he doesn't have the answer immediately available, he will get it, it will be accurate, and delivered with "what else can I do for you?". He is the best of the best.
BMW team Gary was very helpful through out the process. Made it very easy for me to understand.
