Was pleased with the deal from Princeton BMW when compared with what Open Road BMW offered. Negotiated the deal over the phone with Laura and went to the dealership to pick up the car. No surprises when I got there - Car was the same as what was negotiated and more importantly the price was the same as what was negotiated. Laura made the purchase hassle free and Mike ensured that the delivery was hassle free! Great people to work.. Great, courteous service from the moment I arrived! Terrific attention to detail and follow-up on when i could expect the work to be completed. Clean, comfortable loaner car made leaving my car easy. Wouldn't take my BMW anywhere else for service!

I have been dealing with BMW dealerships since the purchase of my first vehicle in 2001. I have had several service advisors , some good experiences some bad i will admit but Frank Menna is top notch. He went out of his way on several occasions to assist my service needs, and always kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. He investigated an issue with my car that Open Road BMW wouldn't even entertain even though the vehicle was still under full factory warranty and i purchased the car from them. I've owned many cars over the years, and have deal with service advisors from Audi to Lexus to BMW (and many others). I think Michael Sobecki is an exceptional service advisor; certainly the best I've experienced. His in-depth knowledge of the vehicle is unmatched, and his professional demeanor instills confidence in his customers. The sales guy (Joe dimattia) did a great job finding the car I wanted. They had the car prepped and waiting for deliverly just when they said it would. Joe was very knowledgeable with the vehicle options and took the time to show me how to use them all. He set up my BMW assist account and sent me home with a full tank of gas. Six month ago I stopped by the dealership to look at their cars. Joe helped me and told me when I was ready to buy, let him know. There was no pressure to buy. I returned two weeks ago and again, Joe showed me several cars with no pressure to buy. Joe was knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. From the moment I walked into this dealer ship from the General Manager to the Client Adviser was a total enjoyable experience.I was there to look but the knowledge of Joe DiMattia was the reason Princeton BMW got me to buy the Certified X5 the day I walked on the lot.Joe DiMattia is a true asset to this dealership.
