My car has been serviced at Princeton BMW by Lew Shinkle since purchasing it there. Lew is an excellent service advisor, taking great care of his customers. Recently, the car had an unexpected issue and Lew fixed it, standing by the quality of the product for BMW and the dealership. Highly recommended.
I gave Princeton BMW perfect ratings because the experience was fantastic. Mike was friendly as soon as I walked in, and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain the entire lease program to me and made me feel extremely comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all the options to me. This was by far my best experience shopping for a new car. I'm really happy driving my new 328 xi, and I can't thank Princeton BMW enough for a great car!

I was waiting for the launch of the BMW 3 series F30 for a long time, and I was very excited to see Princeton BMW being one of the first dealers to have the F30. The sales representative, David Illion, was very nice to work with. He understood what car I was looking for and worked hard to provide me with options. He did a nice job of explaining all the features on the vehicle.
I never thought I would receive such excellent service and have such a great experience with bringing my car in for service. This is the third time that I've brought my car in since I purchased my first BMW and each time is smoother than the next. This is all coming from someone who has DREADED servicing my car in the past at other dealers. There is no one that I would not recommend this dealer to.
I was looking for a 335i x drive and David Illion was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very coridal in his dealing with us. He showed us the right car and we were able to strike a deal in about an hour flat including a very competitive price! The level of service I received from Princeton BMW was great. David was able to answer all of my questions. Instead of lying if he was unsure about something, he would immediately look it up and give me a straight answer.
