To Whom it may concern, This message is in regard to my recent exemplary experience with the Princeton BMW Service Department. I own a 2008 BMW 335i. I brought the car in as a result of the BMW-initiated recall for the high pressure fuel pump and for a "service engine soon" light. Can't say enough about the staff of Princeton BMW's CPO department. We dealt with both Marlon and Richard who were very helpful and pleasant! Everyone in the showroom was great and we really felt like we got the best deal on our outstanding new car. Highly recommend this dealership!
Joseph DiMattia was very helpful with the process of buying my new "used" BMW. I have yet to have to utilize the service dept but I am confident that when I do it will be easy and painless. One of the reasons we purchased the BMW from the dealer is for the customer service and quality of service. I am confident that they will not disappoint.
Daniel Rosa is an excellent asset to Princeton BMW. I bought my first BMW from him about 6 years ago and have had an great experience since. I just purchased my fourth car from him and I would never use another dealer. He is honest, reliable and always available to answer all of my questions. With my last purchase, he found me a car I love and that was within my budget. I would highly recommend him.
Sadly, your rating system only allows for up to a "5 = Great". I could have gone much, much higher. In all our years of automobile purchasing, we have never, ever had such a pleasant experience. I buy a lot of high end cars. Bob Sherlock knows his product, and streamlines the process. Very professional. I bought a CPO for my daughter. She arrived at the dealer ahead of me and was a little nervous. Bob made her very comfortable. A real pro.
Joe was extremely knowledgable and very helpful. Everyone at the dealership was responsive, friendly and appreciative of my business. Customer service levels were excellent, better than any other dealer I have been to. The process was very smooth and I would absolutely use this dealer again!!!
