princeton bmw makes the entire process hassle free and very convenient. They picked up the car and took it to the dealership and retunred with a check. I never had to leave my house. I always refer them.
Princeton BMW far surpasses any dealings that I have ever had with an automotive company. Everyone that I had dealings with; the service writers, managers, receptionist, technicians, etc. . . all showed the utmost quality and car of our needs. They were all very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Princeton BMW to anybody and I will be returning for muy future automotive needs.
By far, this was the most positive experience I have had in purchasing/leasing an automobile. The process was smooth, the service outstanding and the treatment first class. Mr. DiMatia was both helpful and knowledgeable about the products and the inventory. We never felt pressured to purchase and feel that we were being provided all of the information we needed to make a rational decision. The resulting experience was positive, a result of effecient coordination with his managers/supporting staff, timely delivery of the vehicle, and surprise-free financial closing of the transaction.
I am so impressed with the dealer physical plant and most importantly the customer service. I cannot say enough how amazing the service is in this dealership. I dealt with both Rich and Frank from the service department and they are beyond exceptional. Even though this dealership is almost 2 hours away from where I live, it is worth the travel! I'm from South Jersey and usually deal with another BMW dealer. I just made it to my destination, Princeton train station to begin a fun weekend in NYC, when my car stopped running. We purchased a BMW X5 from Princeton BMW. Although we had a tough start with the new salesman assigned to us, the Sales Manager, Jim Kostack, quickly stepped in and treated us very nicely.
