Wanted to buy a certified bmw My salesperson was very relaxed making the process a relaxed process. Paperwork was completed quickly, correctly and vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas.

Service Review I would like to give the tech a "5 star" , but I don't know what a stage 3 leak is. There was unclean oil left in the oil filter housing area....finger prints on the radiator core support cover.. The area was clean when I gave it to you, I would expect it to be clean when I get it back. Other than that, I have no complaints regarding the service.
Great Service We took our car in for it's first oil change. The experience was excellent as it was when we purchased the car. We had such a positive experience with Brian, our sales rep, that we recommended him to our son and he bought his second BMW through you. His first one was purchased from your facility so needless to say, he is very happy with your service.
Best Customer Service We have always had Mercedes but we decided to stop at BMW of Salem because they had a diesel model and Abe came out and greeted us! We have always been leary of car sales people but Abe treated us like his goal was to help us by answering any questions we might have and never making us feel like you better buy this car right now cause as you know we were just looking! I have to say after working at Nordstrom for 15 years he gave the best customer service! We are now driving that BMW and love it!!
Service at BMW of Salem This was an exceptional experience we waited for the car to be done it was done early the facility was clean and had plenty of water and snacks to eat and we just really thoroughly enjoyed everything I will refer you to all of my friends and relatives
