So unexpected! I cannot express how much I enjoyed working with BMW. I had never gone car shopping by myself before, so I was so nervous. I was purchasing a used vehicle, and when I test drove it, there was a noise that concerned me, so they said "we'll take care of that for you". ON TIME AHEAD OF SCHEDULE I needed snow tires for a trip over the mountains. Because it was a last minute trip, I needed them in a hurry. They squeezed my car in and completed the work ahead of schedule.
