Tisha Smith I purchased my car in Beaverton because Salem just doesn't have the inventory and didn't even have a grand coupe to even look at. That being said, I don't want to drive to have my car serviced like I did for years when I owned a Mercedes because I liked the Wilsonville dealership so much. So far, I have been very impressed with my service at BMW. I just wish you had a better inventory.

Came in for a $99 oil change... The staff and facility were great. Had to wait a week for an appt for an oil change. Unfortunately, left with a nearly $700 repair bill. As other items were notesd to need repair. Dont get me wrong, I love my BMW, but, the maintenance cost has me serioulsy reconsidering my choice in vehicle. At one point we had three BMWs in our garage. Other than that, loved your staff and the service. Consider opening the service dept on Sunday and longer hours. Lower repair prices would be nice too... :o)
