Amazing Experience! Best We've Ever Had! We called Sean and explained our situation to him. Much like other dealerships, he said that he could work something out. The huge difference between Sean and the other dealerships is that Sean went above and beyond and actually got a deal done for us. It was a deal that was more than satisfactory. We appreciated Sean, Brian, and the team so much that we bought them pizza before we left. We definitely will buy from BMW of Salem again. Sean and team make it easy to be loyal.

10K service In addition to the 10K service, an alignment was necessary due to an encounter with an unseen curb. Work was finished in the promised time frame. Since we travel from the coast the use of a loaner car was very much appreciated.

From Start to Finish, Great Buying Experience! Although I was still very happy with my 2012 BMW X3 28i, I had started researching the new 2018 BMW X3 30i upgrades and safety features.
