Best BMW dealership on the Northshore. Sales and service unparalleled. Adrian made it easy for us to trade in our old car, which had just had a fender bender, for a brand new 5 series. He even came to the house to explain all the car's new features. Great personal service. We've already recommended Fields BMW to others.
The dealership is very welcoming. Our salesman, Ron Losoya, was courteous and made us feel comfortable. Joe Jamilkowski was friendly and helpful. Carrie Shapiro assisted us even though she was not our salesperson. We dealt with three Geniuses, Nas, Alex, and Frankie, and each one was patient and knowledgeable in teaching us all about the car.
