Great customer service I like most about my experience was the customer service we received from the service man. They listen to our concerns because we were traveling out the state and service lights can on! The representative helped us and we were on our way! Thank you BMW!

Great sales service, poor Mx follow-up I liked the BMW genius explaining all the features. I also appreciated being lent a loaner car for a day while we worked out the kinks of my financing.

Service Call Prompt, courteous service. Very respectful of my time. I had to call with a very short notice of the service I required; the service team made it happen!
Great service Service agent very helpful and the facility was very clean. My car was vacuumed and washed too. Did not have to wait long for checking out and picking up my car.
