Great service Drop off and the loaner experience was easy and quick. Everyone was super friendly from start to finish. Appointment making was also easy.

Great service My service supervisor Joe at BMW Serive department was very friendly and personable. I did not have a ride to and from dealership and offered to do both. I also did not have a phone during my service appoitment and he was kind enough to communicate with me OFTEN through email which I am sure was more time consuming than using a phone and I appreciate his patience.

NO service I was told what service would be performed but it never happened . I was out of town on vacation

Great Service. Honesty, prompt, courteous service. I have 3 late model vehicles. I wish the other two dealer service departments were as pleasant to visit as Checkered Flag BMW/Mini.
