Responsive and efficient After a week on the Alcan, my x7 needed servicing and a detail. They were timely on getting me in and the repairs were speedy once I arrived. They were also helpful in researching some tire options for winter.
Great Experice. Final delivery could be better. It was good experiece buying a new car, test drive went good, they gave all the option we have, the negotation was fast and the close was also quick. I am a little disapointed with the delivery because they didn't give you an quick introduction of the minimun features of the car and also still waiting to hear from them for a little work they need to do at the car. If you buy a new car you want it flaw and ready to go without extra visits to the dealership for extras.
