Best Dealer Service IN ALASKA I can't even to begin to tell you how amazing this dealership is. I came to buy a used car and didn't think anything was wrong with the car. They went through the car front to back to make sure everything was satisfactory and replaced before I drive off the lot. Never have I found a dealer that would do that with a used car! WOW amazing service.

Service of 2009 BMW 135i The service department exceeded my expectations on what I was looking for in preventative maintenance. My 2009 135i runs a lot smoother and shifts better than before. There was also a smell of burnt anti-freeze when shutting down the vehicle that is now gone. I'm happy with what they have done.
Enjoyable! I recommend all my friends to see my friends at BMW. Mark, Phyllis, Kurt, and the service guys are so great! They enjoy my M series rig just as much as I do and they don't get to drive it!
Rating 10 Landon was very good about getting parts ordered and vehicle done quickly.
Oil Change Employees are very friendly. I have a lifetime oil change plan, so I can't complain too much, but the wait times for the service to complete is anywhere from 2-5 hours.
Jennifer Taylor Alan, in your service dept is great to work with. If he doesnt know the answer to a question he will find someone that does have the answer. I have never had a problem with the work that the mechanics perform. Overall I am very pleased with the BMW dealership. Everyone has always been very helpful and courteous.
