We purchased a 2017 X3. The salesman Rick Cutts believed it had a back up camera. When we received the car we found out it did not have a camera. Rick had the camera installed free of charge and provided a loaner car. It actually took 2 tries as the first camera was faulty. Rick had a loaned car delivered and met me the morning I picked up the X3. Great personal service.

Service is always wonderful. They take care of you in a timely manner. Repairs can be a bit costly, but of course, it is BMW

I would 100% recommend Fields BMW of Lakeland to anyone who wants to be treated with kindness and respect. I have bought two cars from this dealership and plan on continuing to do future business with them.
