We purchased a 2017 X3. The salesman Rick Cutts believed it had a back up camera. When we received the car we found out it did not have a camera. Rick had the camera installed free of charge and provided a loaner car. It actually took 2 tries as the first camera was faulty. Rick had a loaned car delivered and met me the morning I picked up the X3. Great personal service.

Greated by friendly professional staff who go above and beyond to keep you up to date throughout your time there! The service center is clean and well stocked with refreshments for while you wait. My car service was going to take longer than anticipated due to a check engine light diagnosis, so my service rep,Mike organized a complimentary rental car for me so my day was not held up! Service is always wonderful. They take care of you in a timely manner. Repairs can be a bit costly, but of course, it is BMW
