I had a the greatest opportunity to work with Noor Audi, she was courteous and very attentive to my needs. The experience was simply stress-free. She showed me a vehicle that I liked, the she worked her magic with the numbers.. Less than an hour later after consulting her manager, she came to me with an offer I did not have any complaint about.. Between Noor Audi and Melissa Hargroves, the financial manager, I had the best car buying experience. The Fields BMW Lakeland team rock!!!!

Off of the same truck we took delivery of two (2) autos - 2018 740i and 2018 M550i. Cars are amazing, top of the line. However, as good as the BMWs are, they pale in comparison to the service at Fields BMW Lakeland. Wonderful. Absolutely awsome. Thank you.
Once again Fields BMW of Lakeland exceeded my expectations for service. Mike Adkins is the ultimate professional as a service advisor. I was frustrated going in due to a problem with my AC and Mike kept me informed every step of the way. HE LISTENS!!!! That is so important today for me. I've owned my M3 for 10 years and had good service advisors but no one as great as Mike! The whole team came through for me.
