I just want to take a moment and thank some of the individuals at Fields BMW. The receptionist, Albert in service, Melissa in Financing, and Rick Cutts are just amazing! Ver was extremely helpful. I was in contact with him about a potential purchase and he gave me lots of options even before I went to the dealership.
Never had such a positive response to purchasing a new car. Ver was great, he remained two steps ahead of my anticipated questions and handled my entire purchase from his work station. No bouncing around to various departments and multiple personnel. I am very satisfied with my experience at Fields and can only hope that all their dealers are as well equipped as Fields in Lakeland, FL. So far so good, thanks to all.
While on vacation in the area, I encountered a serious engine problem with my 135i. Not knowing any local dealers, I am glad I found Fields BMW in Lakeland. Tina, Jim, Terry, and Chris were professional, kind and worked with me to get my car back on the road just as soon as possible. Outstanding service and repair! While I don't live in the area, if you do, you should make Fields BMW in Lakeland your local BMW dealer.
It is so refreshing to go into Fields and deal with Tom when purchasing a BMW. He never pressured us and, in fact, made suggestions that we were unaware of. When ordering our new car, he regularly updated us on the status of our order. Any questions that he could not answer were promptly passed on to assure the correct response.
