I had an engine light coming on during my visit in Florida. I am glad I called the BMW Fields dealership in Lakeland. I had an outstanding service from the time I called until my car was fixed. The organized a rental for me so I wouldn't be stranded until my car was fixed. The service was outstanding and I would recommend this dealership to any one who is looking for service to their BMW.

The team at Lakeland BMW was the most professional and pleasant dealership I have interacted with to date. I drive an hour each way but I find it worthwhile because I know the work will be done competently and professionally. Tina was excellent in expediting the work and kept me updated.
Albert Darby is the man. Fixed everything on time and under budget. Have been using this service department for 5 years now and have never had a complaint.
