I happened to visit Leith BMW with no intention of buying the car on first look but ended up buying it in an hour. This total process was very smooth. Our first experience with BMW & Leith Dealership. Our first visit was a quick drop by to look over the X3 &take a test drive. Our Client Advisor was John Draz. During the test drive he was very attentive to our questions. Having a busy Saturday schedule didn’t help but within the time we had he was able to provide a very good foundation of knowledge. Leith BMW's Service management recently went to bat on my behalf in a big way with BMW Corporate to have a major repair cost covered on my CPO 5 series even though not under warranty. I did not purchase the car at Leith but they became my advocate to correct a problem that was attributable to an out of state BMW dealer. I've always had great service on my BMW's from Leith, and my more recent experiences with Brittney McManus have been top notch.
Being relatively new to industry, Jake is very knowledgeable, and worked really hard to get me the deal of my choice. I would recommend Jake to anyone who is looking for a passionate sales person.
