We just recently purchased a new BMW from this dealership. The entire experience from the first contact by phone to driving off the lot in my wife’s dream car, was truly great. Everyone from the salesman, Kent Beard to the BMW Genius, Doug Bonnie were very courteous, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. Jimmy Daniel is an excellent car salesman. He is honest and fair and makes the buying process as easy as it can be. We have purchased and leased several cars from him and will go back to him any time we want to buy another car. We always feel that we get a great deal without a lot of haggling. We live in Greensboro but willingly travel to Raleigh to deal with Jimmy. We love our 535i GT!
John and the team did a great job showing the car and making the experience quick and easy. We amazed at how nice and friendly everyone was.
Jake was wonderful to work with, he is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. When he said he would do something for me ,he did it.I ask alot of questions about the vehicle, most of the answers he knew, the ones he did not, he found out promptly for me.When he said he would call me with info, he did just that. I have bought many vehicles where the customer service was adaquate but not stellar. This changed at Leith BMW. Jake took care of us and seemed genuinely interested in our opinion of the vehicle. Didn’t seem like just a commission. Highly recommend a visit when buying.
