Working with Kent Beard was a great experience. Kent was very well-versed in the features of the new 2018 X3 and was most helpful in explaining them. Once I took a test drive and decided to purchase a new X3, Kent was at once accommodating and low-key in getting to an agreement for purchase and having a factory order placed. Our salesman was John Elks and he couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We started out driving the X1 which was a departure from previously driving a 325 and 328. While we loved the drive and features, we were pulled back to a sedan. John accommodated us in driving a couple of 330s....one new one and a low mileage loaner. I simply wanted to get an X3 2017 in Jan 2018 deal without the up sell of all options as my wife really only cared about the color outside and color inside, and they found exactly what I wanted and more. What more can you ask. Also the process was streamlined and they made sure I met a BMW genius to thoroughly understand the operations of the X3 for my benefit.
