Kent was easy to work with in purchasing a 2016 328i. He was knowledgeable about the details of the car and had a great test drive route planned to show off the car’s features. I’m not sure I’ve ever dealt with such a low key, pleasant salesperson. He was efficient and we reached a deal quickly. The dealership was busy so the paperwork took a while but that was the only negative. Kent followed up immediately on having floor mats sent to our house and continues to be responsive to any questions. I highly recommend him!
