John was very good with listening to what I wanted in my new car. He was very patient and personal with me. He worked really hard to get me in the car I wanted for the best price. This is my first BMW purchase but he made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase.

As a first time BMW buyer, John was insightful and forthright, educating us regarding the many models and guiding us toward the right model for our family. He and his time located an option that was immediately available, and then was very accommodating for the pickup schedule. Very professional - very positive experience.

As someone who began a relationship with BMW while living for several years in Germany during the early 1980's, I've seen the very best. The germans are fanatics about their automobiles, worship of the blue and white roundel is common, and dealerships are where you find the high priests. In the US.....not so much. Oh sure, US car salesmen can talk a good line, but knowledge is superficial, and its all about "moving units". Barry was very helpful. I purchased a used Toyota Tacoma from the dealership and he made sure I understood everything and worked with me to help get me a good deal. I noticed that the passenger headrest was missing and even though the truck was sold "As Is" Barry worked hard to make sure I got the headrest from the previous owner.
