Richard is very knowledgeable and absolutely a no pressure person which was much appreciated. We had decided to look at a new X5 based on a promotion Leith & BMW was having. We had not at all decided to buy; but we will want to take a look. Ales Olecky was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable. He was helpful and easy to work with. After taking a test drive, we decided to wait and come back again the next day to check out the car again. Ales arranged to let us take the car on the interstate to test out how it drove. After the second test drive, we decided to purchase the X5.

I live at some distance from this dealership, but they had the CPO car I was looking for. Ales provided excellent customer service and follow-up. The purchasing and financing process was quick and professional. So far, the car meets all expectations. I would recommend Leith and Ales highly.
I had been to Audi , BMW and Benz to compare new Q5, X3 and GLC. Audi and Benz only few percentage off. BMW give me great discount for 2018 X3 and high trade in value for my old 2013 Audi Q5. Very nice experience with Leith BMW. Highly recommend!
