I have purchased many new cars, but I bought three new BMW's from Kent Beard of Leith BMW in just a little more than 2 years. My last purchase was of an Alpina B7. Kent's knowledge of the product and his geniality create a very pleasant car-buying experience. From demonstrating a car's capability during the test drive, to being able to answer all your questions, to his overall service-oriented approach; I am recommending Kent to all my friends without reservation.
I was shopping various dealers for a 2018 BMW X3 -- wanting specific packages on the car. Charles Thompson was my salesman, and since Leith is out-of-town for me, we did virtually everything by text! John Draz was a joy to work with and very quick with responses. I decided to buy my X3 one afternoon after viewing cars online and by the next day they were delivering me the car to my office. Kent was very easy to work with and extremely thoughtful. We accomplished a lot via email and text so that the overall process was extremely efficient.
I have to comment on our saleman Kent. I am sixty years old and I have never had a better buying experience. We bought a used 2001 Jeep but Kent treated use like we were buying a $160,000 BMW. He made sure we knew everything about the vehicle before we left, he was there late with us and did not rush us, and he followed up with us several times after the sale... amazing. Thanks Kent!
Kent was very helpful and thorough in his knowledge of the car doing the test drive! The car was for my teenage daughter and I was very pleased that Kent took the time showing her the car and answering her questions just as he would if she was buying the car herself! That meant a lot to me ! Some salesman would of only talk to the one with the money but Kent didn't! He took all the time she needed to pick the car she wanted! Thanks from a happy Dad!
I rode through the lot on a cold Friday afternoon and decide I would would with the eager person would would come out of the warm showroom. Kent was the one and after a few minutes and a test ride the next day with my wife at the wheel things fell into place. Every detail pointed out and question answered.Just an easy experience.
