The first BMW dealership I walked into as an adult looking to purchase a car was actually Performance BMW in Chapel Hill. This was about 10 years ago. My experience with them was extremely distasteful, they were rude, made offhand comments among themselves about their perceived notions that I lacked the finances to purchase a vehicle from them, and as much as I hate to pull the racism card, I've lived in the South for 20 years, and I'm familiar with it. Ales Olecky performed his sales professionally, curteously and comprehensively. He helped my wife thoroughly familiarize herself with the cars features. The business manager, Harry, also processed the paperwork quite ably.
Ales was wonderful. I bought a BMW from him twelve years ago, and got lucky enough to find him still there when I returned from another BMW. It was like meeting up with an old friend. He wants only the best for his clients.

Let me start off by saying, my overall past experiences with car salesman has been average at best...UNTIL I WORKED WITH ALES! I walked in the door and he greeted me with a genuine smile. Our first BMW's were a 1974 Bavaria and a 1974 3.0 CSi, when in New Orleans, so we've been dealing with the Mark for some time. This the fourth (or fifth (I forget) BMW we have purchased through Ales Olecky and, obviously, we could not be more pleased with his service. He has always been concerned with what we want rather than what he could sell us. He is a true BMW enthusiast and knows the brand well.
