I purchased my 1st BMW back in 2008 (Barry Carpenter) and have leased 2 BMW's since then. I just leased a new 2016 528i (LOVE IT!!) from Mr. Henry Caldwell. Henry is a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and so attentive to my needs and wants. Barry Carpenter (Finance Manager) and Mr. Henry went out their way to make sure I was taken care of. We went to Leith BMW to look at a specific car. Richard Williams was the salesman who greeted us and test drove the car with us. He was very knowledgeable and thankfully not overbearing at all.
