We recently purchased an Infiniti JX35 from Leith BMW. Salesman John Draz was extremely helpful and patient with us. We never felt pushed or obligated to purchase and are very happy with our new car. Thank you for all your help John! Also, finance representative Harry Helmer was very helpful and worked very hard to get us the best interest rate.
Was happy with the time it took to negotiate and the freedom they gave me to take my time and test out the car. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and appreciate that. When a quoting issue on a car I wanted caused me not to get it, they made it right by giving me a great price on another car. Would recommend and will be going back!
I just pruchased our 4th BMW ( the 2015 BMW 328i) and this was by far my best experience yet. John Draz was extremely helpful on phone that we chose to go to the dealership the same day. We had been looking at cars for several months and John was patient and knowledgeable and really knew what was important to me. The general manager Ty Coyle was also great! I definitely recommend Leith BMW in Raleigh and ask for John Draz.

Brad reached out to me prior to my lease end to let me know about a possible early buy out or trade for a new BMW. I appreciated his being proactive, but not pushy. My car is really important to me and I like to make a decision based on fact along with style and performance. Brad gave me the information and details I needed to make the right choice and I am thrilled with my new car!!!!
So, I thought I'd ride out to Leith BMW to look at a couple of the last 2015 3 Series BMWs and within 2 hours, including a test drive, was driving my new car home!
