I am a big fan of great customer service, which is what I received each time I've had to be in contact with BMW Clear Lake. They understand that your day belongs to you and I don't know anyone who enjoys sitting and waiting for their car to be serviced. Each time I have had my car serviced, Cheryl has been my service advisor. She's very personable and gets you in and out along with the guys who work on the cars. I would definitely recommend this BMW to anyone.
