This review is based solely on my experience with the service department. Admittedly, my experience didn't start out so great. I had 2 different service advisors upon my first 2 visits that were... sub par to put it politely. Anyhow, the new service manager, Brian, stepped up to the plate and more than made up for the issues I'd had. We have bought three cars from and through (European delivery on one and South Carolina delivery on the other) Advantage BMW. So it goes that we are happy with them and BMWs. Two Saturdays ago we went in for a crawfish boil and to have recommended service on my brakes. I got a text the evening before from Bulent Diker about a redesign of my X3.
