Took My 440ix in for spark plugs and oil change. Added a good car wash in also . My New Service Advisor David Tyson did a great job on his end. He will be my new advisor as I have problems with others. But David thanks for being straight forward. Only complaint would be the armor all but on the Rubber Floor Mats(c’mon man) very slippery .

Treated like a princess, took very good care of me while servicing my car. Extremely polite went above and beyond to make up for my bad experience at momentum BMW.
