Van always takes care if me when I have any problem with my car, big or small. He treats me like I’m too priority.
I have been going to Advantage BMW in League City for over 15 years. Chip has always been my service guy and has always taken care of me.The General Manager Randy is an awesome person. He makes sure his customers are taken care of. I wouldn’t go to any other dealership. Anytime I need a new vehicle. I just call and tell them what I am looking for they find it for me. It has never been a problem getting my car into servicing. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends.

Hands down the best BMW service department managed and my Service Advisors NICK who still is one of few that still believes in good old customer service and professional follow up and always goes the extra mile. I am about to purchase my fourth BMW and the third from Advantage a X5 and the reason being the service staff followed by the finance manager and then the sales staff. ..and finally KUDOS to all employees of advantage BMW of Clear Lake in earning customer loyalty.
I live in Prairieville, LA. I travel to Houston every 2-3 weeks. When I called BMW Clearlake location to check my last oil change they informed me that I was due plus there was a discount. I was ready to come back to Houston so I decided to get my oil change at this location because of the discount It only took them about an hour so I was happy about that. I cannot say enough great things about the service department! I know when I bring my car in for work I am in good hands and that I will be taken care of. Communication is key and I get that from Chip and Jeff. Waiting area is clean and calm....and the service department gets it right the first time. I'm a happy camper.
As far as dealership experiences are concerned, Advantage ranks at the top of my list. The facility is quite clean, the service department is full of sharp individuals, and my car is in and out within the day if not hours. Special thanks to all the techs in the back, I know they get no love, and service rep Lauren D for being on top of it all and lighting fast.
