We had a great experience from the moment we walked in. We just purchased a 2018 X5 from BMW Clear Lake and Burak was our salesman and highly recommend him!! The whole staff / customer service was great! We never felt pressured, everything was explained and he gave us lots of room and time to think it over. Wife took car in for sensor malfunction and they had it fix, no cost, she was pleased.
